Every Golly Express account comes with a locker address in Canada. Shop any store that delivers within Canada, send the order to your locker, and we bring it to Ghana.
How it works
- Shop any Canadian store. Amazon.ca, Best Buy, a local boutique — if it delivers within Canada, it can reach you.
- Use your Canadian locker address at checkout. It is created with your account and free to use.
- Your package checks in at the warehouse. You see it in the app, with photos of your items taken before they leave.
- We clear customs and deliver in Ghana. Duty and customs are handled on arrival; delivery reaches any address in Ghana.
One price, in cedis
The figure you see before you commit is the figure you pay: shipping, duty and customs, and delivery in Ghana are all inside it. Nothing is collected at the port or at your door. Payment is in cedis with Mobile Money or a card.
Air or sea
Air takes days — typically 5–7 from warehouse check-in to your door. Sea takes weeks and is priced by the space you take rather than by weight, which makes it the cheap route for big and heavy things. You choose per shipment in the app.
Shopping without a Canadian card
If a store will not take your payment, there is a second route: the stores built into the Golly app let you buy directly and pay in cedis, and our team handles the store checkout for you. Read more in how concierge shopping works.
Restricted items
Flammable liquids, aerosols, stand-alone batteries, weapons, perishables and restricted goods cannot ship. Ask us first if you are unsure.
