Your Golly address used to be a single US one. Now there are three: the United States, London and Canada.
Why a third and a second address matter
Plenty of shops will not ship to Ghana. A good number of those will not ship to the United States either. A UK retailer that only delivers within the UK was, until now, simply out of reach, and the same was true of Canadian stores that keep their shipping domestic.
With a locker in each country, you shop those sites the way a local would. Put the address for that country in at checkout and the parcel lands in our warehouse there.
How to use them
You will find all three addresses in the app under your locker. Use whichever one matches the shop you are buying from. There is no cost to having all three and no need to tell us in advance which you plan to use.
If a shop rejects one address, try the locker for the country the shop actually operates in. That is usually the whole problem.
Everything still arrives together
Items collected in different warehouses are still consolidated into one shipment, still cleared through customs by us on arrival, and still delivered to your door in Ghana. Three front doors, one back door.
